“Hasami Maid: Meru Hazama” has been quietly creating a buzz among beautiful girl figure enthusiasts. What first catches the eye is the chest area, sculpted so three-dimensionally it looks ready to spill out of the maid uniform. Then there's the depiction of the tights boldly biting into that chest. The fleshy lines and soft volume drawn by oekakizuki in the original illustration have been translated into a physical object through superb sculpting techniques. In particular, the tension of the thighs and the close fit of the tights are surprisingly well-reproduced for a figure. As you look at it, you'll notice a realism that makes you feel as if you could sense the difference in textures.

The true thrill of this figure lies in the variety of playfulness infused into the theme of “sandwiching” (hasami). It comes with three types of chest parts: the standard “broom-sandwiching chest,” the “undressed chest,” and even a newly created “breast-resting ver.” made specifically for this project. The face parts are equally impressive. There's a slightly bashful expression with downcast eyes, a pampered face with blushing cheeks, and a somewhat bold tongue-out face. All of them maintain oekakizuki's worldview while showcasing outstanding three-dimensional expressive power as a figure. Unique to this figure is the ability to create entirely different character personalities by combining expressions with chest parts. It feels as if you are creating your very own “Meru Hazama.”
