【Native - Barayukihime】Wrapped in a mysterious atmosphere, the skirt, hair...... everything is boldly and eye-catchingly sculpted! Barayukihime appears in 1/6 scale!

2025-12-21
Like a single rose suddenly appearing in a silent, snowy night amidst a world of silver—that is “Barayukihime” (Rose Snow Princess). A beauty that freezes the viewer in an instant, and a bewitching presence like an ice rose blooming at night. It's rare to encounter a figure so fragile yet so noble. I am simply captivated by how the conflicting elements of ice and roses coexist with the power and delicacy unique to 1/6 scale.
This “Barayukihime” can be called the culmination of the challenges Native has accumulated so far. Even among the works produced through their long-standing partnership with Tony, it clearly stands out. This is a quality achievable only by Native, who has given form to many “firsts”—first color variations, special materials, and unique scales. The word “sculpted” no longer does it justice; it's a level of completion I want to call a work of art.
The skirt of Barayukihime is actually modeled after the Easter Lily. The sculptor, Shin Gabu, masterfully translated this bold idea into a figure. While the spread of the skirt is purely dynamic, meticulous craftsmanship shines through in every petal of the dress. No corners were cut anywhere; it is a piece where the creator's passion has taken form. Furthermore, with MOE's coloring added, even the texture of the fabric and the transparency of the rose petals breathe with life.
At first glance, this figure even looks like a pure work of fine art. However, by swapping body parts, she reveals a completely different appearance. Taking off her dress, her white skin shines like snow—the gap is guaranteed to pierce your heart. The form is so delicate it seems it might break if touched, quietly stirring the viewer's imagination.
Barayukihime is an existence that overturns the common sense of beautiful girl figures. Brilliance and coldness, elegance and bewitchment, past and future—conflicting elements harmonize beautifully, completed as a single piece of art. Above all, the experience of holding this in your hands makes you rediscover the depth of the world of figures. Everything, including the postcard bonus and the beautiful base, makes you feel that it is truly “special.”
